Bug & Compensation Plan – Dwarf’s DTU Event Attire Bonus
We want to inform you about a recently discovered issue affecting the “Defeat the Undefeatable” event. Our team has identified a bug related to the Dwarf Event Attire bonus, and we’re working hard to resolve it and compensate impacted players fairly.
Bug Details
The second bonus of the Dwarf Event Attire — 20% chance that the Chest of Triumphant drops an additional The Invincible Hero Bag — is currently not functioning as intended.
Fix Schedule
This issue will be addressed in an additional server update on Wednesday, May 14th.
Compensation Plan
All affected players will receive: 20% of the total number of Chests of Triumphant opened, calculated as the drops of The Invincible Hero Bags
Plus, an additional 3x The Invincible Hero Bag as an apology for the inconvenience.
Compensation Delivery
We aim to deliver compensation to all eligible players by Tuesday, May 20th.
